The coupon is only valid with the chosen clinic and is valid for 90 days from the date of purchase. The coupon is a NON-REFUNDABLE coupon in accordance with article 103.a) of the LGDCU (RDL 1/2007, of November 16), since with the contracting and payment of the "marketplace" service, it will be understood that the service has been fully executed. 6. SERVICE PREMIUM RATES

7. PAYMENT

7.1. For payment services TOP DOCTORS only accept payments made by debit card, credit or via Pay Pal. 7.2. In case the payment could not be made, the User will be required to provide updated information on the payment. 9. MISCELLANEOUS

Costs and provision of services

TOP DOCTORS INC allows you to book a medical appointment in Spain. These appointments can be face-to-face or can be through Telemedicine (chat or videoconference).

TOP DOCTORS offers users two ways to make an online medical appointment based on their payment method:

Online Medical Appointment, with payment at the consultation:

The user chooses the specialist and the date on which they want to go to the consultation and in this case the fee or cost of the medical appointment must be paid directly to the doctor or process the consultation through their insurance.

Online Medical Appointment, prepaying for the consultation via the TOP DOCTORS website (“Advance Payment service”):

The user chooses the specialist and the date on which they want to attend the consultation. At this point, the patient can choose to pay the fee or cost of the consultation at the doctor's office or pay it immediately via the TOP DOCTORS website. This option has significant discounts, as indicated in each case.

If the user chooses this option, they must accept the particular conditions of this modality and will then receive an email with a coupon (including a QR code), which must be presented at the medical consultation on the day chosen.

This coupon is valid for 30 days from the date of the medical appointment. The user can change the medical appointment within that period as many times as they wish and always subject to the availability of the doctor's agenda and managing it directly with the doctor's office. The coupon does not entitle you to priority appointments.

The doctor is the only one who has the power to cancel the coupon, if they cannot offer the service to the patient within 30 days of validity of the coupon.

The coupon is only valid with the chosen specialist and is valid for 30 days from the date of the medical appointment. The coupon is a NON-REFUNDABLE coupon in accordance with art.103.a) of the LGDCU (RDL 1/2007, of November 16), as with the contracting and payment of the “Wallet” service for booking medical appointments with prepaid, it will be understood that it has been fully executed. The patient expressly consents and is aware that once the contract has been fully executed, they will have lost the right of withdrawal with respect to it, without the possibility of reimbursement of the price. However, in the event that the patient does not use the coupon, they may reuse it with the same doctor within 30 days of the unused appointment.

Telemedicine: private messaging or videoconference with specialists

TOP DOCTORS offers patients the possibility of contacting specialists through telemedicine, this service is on demand and its price is established by the doctor in all cases and without the consent of TOP DOCTORS. This service is paid at the time of contracting, after logging in to the website or after completing the necessary data to register on the TOP DOCTORS website.

Forms of payment and execution of the service

When the amount of a purchase has been charged fraudulently or improperly using the number of a payment card, its owner may demand the immediate cancellation of the charge.
