Lynch syndrome or cancer colorectal hereditary non-polyposis is a hereditary condition that increases the likelihood of developing colon and rectal cancer. There are two types of síndromde Lynch, type 1 affecting the colon and rectum cancer and type 2 involving other cancers as tumors in the ovary, pancreas or brain.
