Mi experiencia con la Dra. Teresa ha sido lamentable.Fue todo muy poco profesional. Retrasaron una hora el ingreso porque las habitaciones no estaban limpias. La prueba no ha valido, porque las técnicos no sabían calibrar la máquina, un desastre. Y a la doctora ni la ves.

Estimada Leticia, siento los inconvenientes que tuvieron en la unidad de sueño dado que trascienden a nuestra capacidad de solucionarlos. Por suerte en breve nos trasladaremos a otro centro donde no suceda que retrasen tanto la habilitación de las habitaciones de sueño por problemas de personal que las arregle, que antes no ocurría. Se que mis técnicos tuvieron también problemas con la red informática que dejo de transmitir algunos datos. Desde el dia siguiente nos desvivimos por darles una solución a pesar de todo corre de nuestra cuenta porque el hospital no se implica en los costes. Les ofrecimos repetir el estudio o, dado que la mayor parte del registro se había realizado, solo hacer la parte respiratoria en su casa. Todo esto sin coste ni para la compañía ni para ustedes. Mi presencia con el paciente es diurna. Yo atiendo en consulta y comento con ustedes los resultados si lo desean o si no tienen médico de referencia. Ustedes no han querido poner una solución y han preferido descargar su agresividad con esta valoración que por otra parte no es real en su mayor parte. De este modo, no puedo hacer nada para compensar lo que ha sucedido. Llevamos más de 4000 estudios y esto no ha ocurrido nunca. Alguna vez tenía que ser la primera. Un saludo

Estoy muy contenta , el trato ha sido excepcional. ha sido un honor para mi haber sido atendida por una médico tan experta en su campo como ella. Al principio de la sesión midió mi respuesta a los estímulos y después hice mi tratamiento. Sus ayudantes también me trataron muy bien
