La espera en consulta fue de 1/2 hora a pesar de los e-mails recibidos y llamada confirmándome ka hora de l cita. Las explicaciones por parte del doctor muy técnicas,para el que las entienda. Explicaciones del post-operatorio que te dejan un poco asustada. Te quedas con dudas.

después de esperar 1h para entrar en consulta se notaba que el Dr. estaba acelerado, las explicaciones fueron rápidas y malas, ni tan siquiera se digno a probarme prótesis para ver como me veía mejor, no empatizo conmigo ni mis necesidades me fui de la consulta con precios pero s

Siento que te sintieras así y me gustaría poder pedirte disculpas personalmente. El tema de la espera es muy difícil de ajustar y más en estos tiempos de pandemia. Suelo explicar las intervenciones con todo el detalle del que soy capaz, os exploro, os muestro el material y hablamos de riesgos, de tiempos, del recorrido pre y postoperatorio, lo que en una primera consulta viene a ocupar una media hora y es una cantidad ingente de información. Esa es la razón de que en el caso de la cirugía mamaria con implantes os emplace al menos a otra consulta antes de operar para probar una simulación y resolver dudas más tranquilamente, cosa que suelo comunicaros ya al inicio de la consulta.Un abrazo y mil disculpas!
