Phalloplasty

Phalloplasty is the operation that allows us to reconstruct or extend a penis of anatomical dimensions. In intervention own skin tissue and fat arm it is used. The penis resulting from the operation allows urination and presents tácil and erogenous sensitivity but needs a prosthesis to allow sexual penetration. This prosthesis must always be implanted in a second operation. The hard phalloplasty between 10 and 12 hours and should always be performed under general anesthesia.
