Angiopathy
The amyloid angiopathy or vascular cerebral angiopathy is a neurological pathology characterized by the accumulation of amyloid protein in the walls of cerebral vessels, causing an increased risk of stroke. Clinically, the disease manifests the affected vessel rupture occur, causing ischemia of brain tissue bathed by this. Symptoms that produces bleeding depend on the affected part, but the most common are: drowsiness, headache, double or reduced vision, slurred speech, muscle weakness... Currently, there is no cure for this condition, so the basically treatment should be directed at reducing symptomatology.
